- The formulation of the Complaint does not prevent the use of other means of dispute resolution nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.
- The provider must respond to the complaint within a period of no more than thirty (30) calendar days, and may extend the period for up to thirty (30) more days, after notifying the consumer.
