  • The information you provide will be treated confidentially and only used to address your inquiry.
  • I declare that I am the owner of the service and accept the content of this form, declaring under oath the veracity of the facts described.
  • The formulation of the Complaint does not prevent the use of other means of dispute resolution nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.
  • The provider must respond to the complaint within a period of no more than thirty (30) calendar days, and may extend the period for up to thirty (30) more days, after notifying the consumer.
